Each and every order is processed carefully and dispatched speedily (same day or in 24 hours of receiving an order).

Our mission is to supply the things you need to sew a little happiness, and so it's very important to us that that you are totally happy with your order. If the product is not as expected on arrival, we are happy to accept returns of items in the same condition as originally dispatched, up to 14 days after dispatch, and will provide a complete refund for, or replacement if possible, of the item on it's return.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Honeybee Cloths implements an eco-friendly approach both in the day to day running of our independent store, and more generally in the practical conservation to promote nature in our local surroundings.
From the recycled / recycleable and compostable packaging used, to our "Plan Sewing Bee" which raises funds for the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.

As well as sewing, we love to SOW too - Each year we sow seeds for bee-friendly plants. In spring and summer, our immediate outdoor surroundings are often abuzz with the sound of busy little bees.
