Yes, to order and pay by debit or credit card, please call us on 0789 646 4376. We will pop the till receipt in with your order. For yardage orders, we may need to phone you back, to confirm the length you require is available. Normally this happens within minutes of your phone call.

Yes, we love supplying sewing supplies to our valued international customers right around the world. Indeed our bundles of sewing supplies, often travel to the other side of the world. To keep postage charges to the very minimum, Airmail shipping is calculated on the weight of your order. For more on shipping charges please see International postage. Each and every order is carefully packed, and arrive neatly packaged in tissue paper, and secure outer packaging. ( Please read our Customer feedback ) An order update email will confirm when your parcels have been posted, and an estimate as to when to expect your delivery. Please note, for some destinations a duty or tax may be charged by the customs authorities in the receiving country. To date none of our parcels have been subject to customs delays or incurred our customers further customs charges. However please check the amount you are allowed before tax, with your tax authorities prior to ordering.

Yes, some collections sell out very quickly, so to be certain you don't miss out, you can pre-order the item you need. As soon as it arrives in store, we'll reserve it for you and let you know. While a small deposit is required, this will be deducted from the total cost of the item. An invoice is sent as soon as the items are in store As well as being the first to receive new collections, pre-orders of FQ bundles, also receive a FREE co-ordinating item - a mini-charm or a fat quarter. Up to 6 free samples (10cm squares) can be requested. Samples requested when ordering other items, will be included with your order - Simply type the SKU, or name of the fabrics, in the instruction field at checkout. To request samples alone, contact us, including the SKU, or fabric name in your sample request.

At the moment Honeybee Cloths is mostly an online store. Our little hive is based in the Forest of Dean, rural Gloucestershire, a mile or two from the village of Ruardean. If you're local to the Forest and would like to view our collections or collect an order, please call to schedule a visit. From time to time we also hold pop-up shops in our local area. For tips on ordering fabric lengths, please see our "How to order Fabric" section. Most of our fabric is 110cm wide, and is cut fresh from the bolt, nomally in increments of 25cm x width of fabric (mostly 110cm). Simply select the 25cm x 110cm unit and then enter the number of units needed - see the "How to order Fabric" section for more guidance. Multiple units of fabric will be cut as one length.

Yes, simply contact us, including the amount of fabric you need in yards e.g. 1.25 yards. We'll then prepare and send a quote. Once the invoice is paid we'll cut the required amount of fabric.
